Phone in Self Service

As part of our effort to improve our services, we are introducing the JARING Phone-in Self Service Option. This service allows you to access your account balance and payment status information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without having to logon to JARING Self Care Portal (http://www.jaring.my) or wait for the assistance of customer service personnel.

To use this service, all you need is IVR PIN. You can request the IVR PIN by login to JARING Self Care Portal. The IVR PIN request is under the Registration option menu.

Once you get the IVR PIN, you can check your account balance or payment status by calling JARING Consumer Service Hotline at 03-8991 7080.
